IMPORTANT NOTE: Our message boards are provided as a service to the homeowners in our community. By registering for the message boards you agree to abide by our Terms of Use. You must be logged in and follow strict guidelines when posting. Your IP address is automatically logged when you post. Anonymous registrations are not allowed--you must fill out your profile. This will help us to avoid use of our boards by non-residents.

YOU MUST USE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR THE BOARDS. Part of the sign up process is verification of your email. If you use AOL or a SPAM blocker, you should make sure that you put "webmaster@foxheath.com" in your allowed list. If your email address is invalid, or our email address is blocked, your sign up email will be rejected or deleted automatically by the system and your registration will not be complete.

Our discussion forum uses cookies to keep track of registered members' preferences to help provide you with information on posts since your last visit. We do not use this information to track your individual behavior.

Terms of Use

Moderator Intervention:

The Fox Heath HOA has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and/or moderate the Message Boards. FHHOA reserves the right to change any or all parts of our Terms of Use at our sole discretion and without notice, including but not limited to implementing Rules of Conduct and/or other measures.

By registering for the Message Boards, users agree that any post the moderators consider inappropriate may be removed at the moderator’s sole discretion. Use of these Message Boards is a privilege, not a right. FHHOA also has the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke discussion board privileges at any time without notice for infractions.

Questionable Content:

These are resident public forums and we ask that you behave as you would if you were in a public place.

These issues are left to the discretion of the moderator, but may include any material that is knowingly false or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense.

Personal attacks, abusive, or knowingly false or otherwise inflammatory statements are prohibited. If you disagree with someone, state your disagreement in some way that does not offend the person with whom you disagree (or other readers). Debate and discussion are welcome and encouraged. Rude and personally offensive comments are not.

No posting or uploading of materials that might infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights of others.

No Posts containing any viruses, trojan horses, time bombs, or any other harmful programs or elements.

FH HOA is not responsible for messages posted on the FHHOA Message Boards or the content therein.

Conduct:

Racial, Sexual, and Religious Attacks:

This is a diverse community. Please realize other posters are likely to hold different opinions than you. Since we embrace diversity and creativity, any attacks or hateful speech regarding race, religion, or sexual preference will not be tolerated, and repeat offenders will be banned.

Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling:

Hate posts and personal attacks will not be tolerated on the message boards. Treat other forum members as you would like to be treated. Unproductive trash talk will be met with criticism and possible disciplinary action including banishment. The same rules apply to trolling – or posting topics specifically to provoke a negative response.

Profanity:

We encourage users of all age groups and beliefs, so please refrain from using offensive language. Please remember that this is a family-friendly site.

NOTE: Replacing a few letters with an asterisk or other symbols is not allowed.

Adult Content:

No Adult content of any type will be tolerated, and posting of such content will result in banning.

Spam:

Spamming the message boards with senseless, inane, or empty messages to increase your post count, or simply to aggravate, will not be allowed.

This includes such things as chain letters. Continually posting the same topic on a particular board, and posting the same question across several forums is also considered spamming, and is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

Advertising:

Listing items for sale is permitted and there is a forum devoted for this. Advertising on the message boards is not permitted. There is an advertiser section on the website for this purpose. There is a section for highlighting contractors and ranking them on the website.

Impersonating Users, Accessing Another User's Account, Multiple Usernames:

You may not impersonate another forum member. Accessing someone else's account or attempting to access another poster's account is strictly prohibited. Users are restricted to a single username per person. Anyone who allows another person to use their account, may have their account deactivated.

Off-Topic Posts:

There are many forums available for posts, each with a specific focus. Off-topic posts will be moved to the proper forum, and further action may be taken against repeat offenders.
